· Lesson booking details (date, time, pickup location)

· Payment-related references (payment links and confirmation status only; no card data stored)

· Communication preferences and opt-out status

How We Use Your Information
Your information is used strictly for operational and transactional purposes, including:

· Sending driving lesson confirmations

· Sending lesson reminders

· Sending payment links and payment confirmations

· Providing customer support related to your booking

We do not use SMS for marketing, promotions, or advertising.

SMS Communications
By verbally consenting during a phone call or AI receptionist interaction, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages related to your booked driving lessons. Message frequency varies but is typically approximately three (3) messages per booked lesson (confirmation, reminder, payment link).

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. You may request assistance by replying HELP.

Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your data may be processed only by trusted service providers necessary to deliver our services:

· SMS delivery: Twilio

· Payments: Shop Pay (Shopify)

· Scheduling: Cal.com (integrated with Google Calendar)

Data Retention
Customer contact data is retained for up to 24 months after the last completed lesson or until the customer requests deletion.

Age Restrictions
Services are intended for individuals 18 and older. Minors may receive messages only with explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian.
