Program Name: Parallel Parking Academy Alerts

Program Description
Parallel Parking Academy Alerts is a transactional SMS program that sends driving lesson confirmations, lesson reminders, and payment links to students.
Opt-In
Users opt in by verbally agreeing to receive a confirmation text during a phone call or AI receptionist interaction when booking a driving lesson.
Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP.
After texting STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.
